1. Users may log in to the Doo Prime User Center, find the account for which users have forgotten the password, and then click the gear-like icon in the upper right corner to reset the password.
2. Click "Reset Password", choose "Phone Verification" or "Email Verification", click “Verify”, and press "Next Step" after receiving the verification code.
3. Select the preferred password type, reset a new password with a combination of 8-15 digits and letters, enter the new password again, and press OK. After resetting the password, the account will be verified through mail or mobile phone, and then users may activate the new password.
